Shipping Guide

We will ship the item within two days of your order.

Shipping Fee

  • 520 yen

* If you choose cash on delivery as the payment method, the cash on delivery fee (400 yen) will be applied additionally. 

Delivery Company

We will deliver it by Japan Post or Yamato Transport.

* Depending on the size of the product, it may be posted in the mailbox. If you wish to hand it over in person, please contact us in advance.

 

Delivery days

  • We will ship within 2 business days of your order.
  • After shipping the item, we will notify you of the tracking number by email or message.
  • Usually, the item will arrive within 1 to 3 days after shipping.
  • If you are absent when the product is delivered, the delivery company will give you an absentee slip, so please request redelivery by yourself. If you contact us, we can arrange redelivery for you.
  • If you do not receive the item within 7 days of shipping, the item will be returned to our shop. In that case, the actual cost of the round-trip shipping will be charged to the customer.

    Delivery status

    You can check the delivery status yourself. We will inform you of the tracking method when the item is shipped. However, it may not be registered in the shipping company's system immediately after shipping, so please check after a while.

    Missing item / Wrong item / Defective Item

    If you do not receive the item, or if you receive the wrong item or defective item, please contact us.(info@aineshop.jp). The support staff will contact you as soon as possible.
