Refund policy

We check the quality of all products before shipping, but in the unlikely event that a product different from your order arrives, or the ordered product is insufficient or defected, please contact us by email within 7 days after the item arrives.We will contact you individually regarding the exchange / return procedure.

However, due to the quality of the product, lint or pieces of cloth may be mixed in, or thread may be frayed in an inconspicuous place. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges if there is no problem with the quality of the product itself.

◆ We do not accept return / exchange in the following events

1. Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days
2. Product tags have been removed or its outer box (package) has been opened
3. Products have been used
4. Products that have been repaired and cleaned by the customer
5. Products that have been scratched, damaged, or soiled at the customer's hand
6. Sales products
7. If the product is returned without prior notice

◆ Return / Exchange Steps

1. Please contact us by email, phone or Facebook messenger.
2. We will check the shipping method individually and contact you.
3. (In case of return or exchange) As soon as the product is returned to our shop, we will ship the exchanged product, or refund by bank transfer.
4. (In case of product shortage) We will ship the shortage product as soon as we confirmed the shortage.
* In case we send the item with free shipping: If the amount of renewed order becomes below 3,800 as a result of returned item, we will charge 500 yen for shipping.

◆ Returns because of the customers’ preference (different size, different image, wrong purchase, etc.)

We do not accept exchanges due to customer's preference.If you wish to exchange it, please return the delivered product and place an order again.
The shipping fee for returned goods will be borne by the customer. The shipping fee and cash on delivery fee at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
In case the customer failed to receive the product sent via COD and the package is returned to the shop, we will charge a round-trip shipping fee and COD fee.

  • The return deadline is 7 days from the date of delivery. We cannot accept returns after the return deadline.
  • In case of return due to customer's preference, the customer will pay the shipping fee.
  • Refunds will be processed after confirmation of arrival of the returned item.
  • If you return the product as a defective product but no defect is found, we will refund the amount of the product price minus the return shipping fee.
