◆ Delivery company

We will deliver item by Japan Post or Yamato Transport.

◆ Shipping fee

520 yen all over Japan

* We will send it by click post, letter pack, regular mail, courier, etc. (Delivery method cannot be specified)
* Some products may be posted to the mailbox.

◆ Delivery days

Depending on your order, Aine Shopships within 2 business days of ordering (from Toyama).
Note that the shop will not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
It will take from 1 to 3 days from the day after shipping to deliver the product.
Orders placed after on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped from Monday, and orders on public holidays will be shipped from the next business day.
In addition, please note that delivery may be delayed if orders are concentrated during the busy season.

◆ Specifying the delivery date and time

Time and date specification is available for some products. Note that even though time and date is specified, some products may be posted to your mail box. For such products, it may be delivered anytime following the rules set by the delivery company.

◆ In case a customer fails to receive the products

We will charge actual fee of round-trip-shipping fee and any other fees (such as COD fee) if customer fails to receive the products.
In the case of a customer returning an item for refund, we will deduct the shipping and handling charges mentioned above as well as the bank transfer fee from the product price.

If your order is returned to us due to "refusal to receive," "cancellation after shipment," or "long absence," we may not be able to accept your order in the future.

◆ About bundling

Products are basically shipped in cart (order) units.
Please note that multiple orders cannot be shipped together.
Please contact us immediately after confirming your order so that we can look into it for you.

◆ About packing

We usually uses simple wrapping (plastic bags for delivery) for eco-friendly wrapping.
Some products may be packed and shipped folded in half to prevent them from losing their shape.
You can also choose wrapping for a fee. Please contact us for more information.
In addition, regarding the description on the delivery slip, it will show the product name as "clothing" and the sender name as "Aine Shop".
We do not write the name of the product (apparel, underwear, etc.), so the contents of your package will not be known to a third party at the time of delivery.
